All affairs are managed with lofty wisdom and order; transactions are effected with true justice and balance. A wise polity requires that seekers of the state’s protecting wing receive favor. Justice demands that subjects’ rights be preserved so that the government’s dignity and the state’s authority and splendor are maintained. But only a minute part of that is fulfilled here. Disobedient people like you often leave this realm unpunished. Their affairs must be left to a Supreme Tribunal.
